Note to All Clients

First-Time Clients Consultation

A consultation is required for all first-time clients and may be done by phone, video, or in person.

Please text or call to get started. If I miss your call while with a client, feel free to leave a message or send a text. A $25 consultation fee applies and may be applied to your first appointment, if applicable.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you’re running late, please communicate with us—after 15 minutes, a $50 late fee may apply. As a courtesy, we’ll attempt to call before applying a late fee or forfeiting your appointment.

Arrivals over 30 minutes without contact will be considered a no-call, no-show and the deposit will be forfeited.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service. Deposits are non-transferable. The remaining balance may be paid using the payment method discussed.

Cancellations, No-Shows, and Completed Services

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied toward a future appointment booked within six weeks. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations without notice result in the deposit being forfeited.

Once a service is completed, refunds are not available. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, you may schedule a redo or touch-up to ensure you leave happy with your look.

Guests & Health Guidelines

For a calm experience, please use headphones and only bring approved guests.

If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule as soon as possible to protect everyone, your deposit can be applied to a new appointment.
