Loc'd By Siggy offers a wide range of services to meet your loc care and styling needs. From starter locs and instant locs to retwists and detoxing treatments, Loc'd By Siggy got you covered.
Please ensure your hair is washed within 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. An additional fee may apply for significant buildup or unkempt hair, assessed at the discretion of your stylist during the appointment. We appreciate your effort in maintaining your hair between appointments.
First-Time Clients Consultation Policy
For first-time clients, a consultation is required before your initial visit, conducted via phone, video, or in person. Please initiate contact via text message or phone call to begin scheduling your consultation. Note that I do not answer business calls while attending to clients; kindly message if there is no immediate answer. A $15 consultation fee will be charged for first-time appointments.
Prompt Arrival Policy
We appreciate prompt arrival. A 15-minute grace period is provided, after 20 minutes a $25 late fee will apply if there is no communication. If you exceed 30 minutes without contact, you will be marked as a no-call, no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all services and can be paid through Booksy or Zelle, depending on the appointment type. This deposit is non-transferable but will be applied to your appointment. We accept payments through the Booksy App, Cash, and Zelle.
Cancellation Policy
If a client is more than 15 minutes late without communication, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment. After two rescheduling attempts, the deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will be canceled. Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and can be rescheduled by the client on the booking site.
Emergency, Early, or Late Hours Booking
For emergency bookings, a $100 fee will apply in addition to the service of your choice. For early or late hours bookings, a $50 fee will be added to your booking.
Guest Guidelines
Non-essential guests are not permitted during the client's scheduled service. Please message ahead of time for confirmation. Non-essential guests will need to wait off the premises.
Health and Safety
Clients who are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness are asked to reschedule their appointment to ensure the safety of others. If you are feeling sick, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
