Note to All Clients

First-Time Clients Consultation Policy

For first-time clients, a consultation is required before your initial visit, conducted via phone, video, or in person. Please initiate contact via text message or phone call to begin scheduling your consultation. Note that I do not answer business calls while attending to clients; kindly message if there is no immediate answer. A $40 consultation fee will be charged for first-time appointments.

Prompt Arrival Policy

We appreciate prompt arrival. A 10-minute grace period is provided, after 15 minutes a $65 late fee will apply if there is no communication. If you exceed 30 minutes without contact, you will be marked as a no-call, no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required for all services and can be paid through Gloss Genius or Booksy, depending on the appointment type. This deposit is non-transferable but will be applied to your appointment.

Cancellations, No Shows, and Refunds

We get it—things come up. If you need to make a change to your appointment, here’s what to know:

If you cancel within 7 days of your appointment, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited.
If a deposit was not made, a $195 cancellation fee will apply.
Unpaid cancellation fees may result in a temporary hold on future bookings.

Missed appointments without notice:

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 95% of the total service cost, as that time was set aside just for you.

We aim to make sure you feel confident and cared for:

Refunds are not available for completed services.
However, if you’re unhappy with the result, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment. We’re happy to offer a complimentary redo or touch-up to make it right.

Emergency, Early, or Late Hours Booking

For emergency bookings, a $100 fee will apply in addition to the service of your choice. For early or late hours bookings, a $50 fee will be added to your booking.

Guest Guidelines

To keep the atmosphere peaceful, please bring headphones if you plan to use your phone during your service.

Non-essential guests are not permitted during the client's scheduled service. Please message ahead of time for confirmation. Non-essential guests will need to wait off the premises.

Health and Safety

Clients who are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness are asked to reschedule their appointment to ensure the safety of others. If you are feeling sick, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
